We’ll start with a complimentary call where I get to know you and your travel style. Whether you’re dreaming of a relaxing beach escape, a whirlwind city adventure, or something totally unique, this is where we’ll talk through your ideas and preferences. I’ll also walk you through my process, answer any questions, and, depending on the package you choose, send an invoice for the planning fee—so we can get started turning your vision into reality.

Discovery Call
Now that I have your vision in mind, I’ll draft an initial itinerary to map out the big picture—think destinations, timelines, and logistics. I’ll also send over carefully selected accommodation options for your review, ensuring every stay fits your vibe and preferences.
step two:
Itinerary Framework
Once you’ve picked your perfect accommodations, I’ll secure the booking and request VIP status and perks (because who doesn’t love a little extra?). Depending on your package, I’ll craft a detailed itinerary filled with activity suggestions, dining recommendations, and local gems. Turnaround is usually around two weeks, but if there’s any delay, I’ll keep you in the loop!
step three:
Booking & Itinerary Creation
For my Bon Voyage clients, I’ll send over your complete itinerary for review. This is where we fine-tune the details and make sure everything is exactly how you imagined. Once you give the green light, I’ll start securing all your experiences, reservations, and any extras that will make your trip unforgettable.
step four:
Itinerary Review & Finalization
As your departure date approaches (about 30 days to 2 weeks out), I’ll do a final check to make sure all the details are perfectly in place. I’ll send your finalized itinerary and provide any important updates or reminders. For Bon Voyage and Adventure Essentials clients, we can also schedule a pre-departure call to walk through the plan and answer any last-minute questions. Whether it’s a quick confirmation or a full walkthrough, I’m here to ensure you feel completely prepared for your adventure!
